Information We Collect

If you phone us, we may note your name, a number to reach you on, the project address, which rooms or spaces you want to change, the scope you are considering and when you would like the work to start.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information while you browse, for example your browser, device type and the pages you open.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you tell us to talk through your project, arrange a visit, prepare pricing and paperwork for the work you ask about, keep you updated once work is underway and answer your questions. Technical data helps keep the website running and shows which pages are useful.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies on this website. Our host may set essential cookies needed to deliver pages securely. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

How We Share Information

Personal information is never sold. It is passed only to those who support the work you ask for, for example trade partners or suppliers on your project, to the extent they need it, or where required by law.

Data Security

We use sensible precautions to keep your details safe. Even so, no website or storage system can be made completely secure, and we cannot rule out every risk.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request a copy of the details we keep about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal reason requires us to keep them. Just give us a call.
